“Carla helped us leapfrog to a more strategic position faster.”

What’s the WORST advice you could ever get?
If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
This is the siren song of an organization that’s stuck in the status quo. Don’t be proactive. Don’t question. Don’t challenge. This is the way we do things around here.
In times of volatility, uncertainty and disruption, you’ve got to get ahead of the game. What worked in the past won’t work in an ever-changing future.
Why spend all your energy fighting the old when you can build the new?
It’s time to embrace new, fresh perspectives that meet the challenges we’re up against. Ones that don’t involve a hustle culture, embracing the grind and suffering from burnout.
Instead, we need to invest in curiosity, creative thinking and innovative problem solving.
Innovative companies understand that innovation is more about their company’s ability to move quickly than it is about invention, which is why they focus on people. They believe that innovation is everybody’s business.
My goal is to teach one million people how to become innovative thinkers.
Based on assessments and research, we work with clients to clarify the role they want innovation to have in the success of individual employees, teams and their overall organization. Then we roll up our sleeves and get down to work to develop a metrics-based strategy that helps them get there.
“Carla shows how teaching everyone in an organization innovative thinking leads to greater trust, better work and phenomenal results.”
